Creating a new custom change avatar page problem

Hi all,

I want to make my own ‘change-avatar’ page based on BuddyPress’ code. I found example on the Internet, but I have some problems with it.

My problems are:
1. bp_get_avatar_admin_step() never == ‘crop-image’
2. bp_avatar_to_crop() always is null

Anyone can help me ? I was trying all day and now i don’t have more ideas : (
