Is there a way to have a custom login-form, like directly in the header of my website? Instead of getting the login-page.

Also, is there a way to keep the member away from the wp admin-pages and only have them see the website itself and member-pages on therE? Like a redirect after login to see their profile or something?

There will be plugins in the WordPress Plugin Directory that can do both of these things. Theme My Login won’t do exactly what you need but it’s a great plugin I’d recommend if you need to to bring the login page into your theme.
