Custom page right after clicking “Join” in a BP Group.

Is there a hook that I can use which will allow me to display a form after I click on the Join button of a group? I’d like the user to be able to choose a user title before joining a group.
If this is not possible I guess I’ll just create a new tab with the aforementioned form and redirect the user to it after joining.
