Custom Profile Page

I have our site up and I really like buddy press. However I would like to theme the profile page and the way it displays. I see where there is a small portion of css for the profile page in the style.css of the default theme . However where are the div tags ect . So I have two questions

What files specifically affect the profile page?

Also is there anyone that can offer tips on theming the profile page?

You can change style in either 3 ways: a) tweak css only; b) customize BP files; and c) tweak css and customize files. Tweaking CSS is the easiest way. Customizing php file is more intensive. Install Firebug add-on for Firefox to help you find hooks to change layout/colours via CSS.
