Custom profile tab – email link & call

Hi everyone.

I am looking for some options to create a custom profile tab which will contains a direct link of exact user like button called “email” with “mailto:” link or call button with “tel:” link.
I know how to create a custom tab, but I dont know how to connect this button with data from xprofile like email or phone number.

Any ideas?
