Running WordPress 4.1, Buddypress 2.1.1

I want to customize Buddypress navigation links. More specifically, I will like to:

1. Reorder the main menu (So, instead of Activity-Profile-Notifications-etc. I get Activity-Messages-Profile-etc.)

2. Reorder the sub menu (So, instead of Personal-Mentions-Favorites in Activity, I get Mentions-Favorites-Personal-etc.)

3. Delete some links in main menu (So, Friends is removed from the main menu)

4. Delete some links in sub menu (So, View is removed from Profile sub menu)

5. Add arbitrary links in main menu (So, a link to http://www.google.com is available after Activities)

6. Add arbitrary links in sub menu (So, a link to http://www.google.com is available after Unread in Notification sub menu)

7. Move items from sub menu to main menu and vice versa

8. Add log-in, log-out links to main AND sub menu

Can this all be done? How?
