Customize Default Profile Menu

    What is the best way to customize the default menu that appears on every member’s main page (example.com/members/name)?

    I want to create my own custom top level dropdown that would group and contain similar items (eg. Followers and Following under one customized top level menu item).

    Thanks for any guidance on how to achieve this.
