Customize Page Title

Currently the formatting is;

Blog Title | Page Title

and I would simply like to change it to;

Page Title | Blog Title

So, I need to find the source code behind;

<?php bp_page_title() ?> which is found in between the title tags in header.php

if you use a tool like notepad++ such kind of question is easy to answer
