I have added custom fields to my site’s profiles.

I want to have something different displayed than just the fields listed out, hyperlinked to a search query.

For example, instead of just having the display like this:

Boat Name: Easy Time
Port Name: Hampton, VA

…instead, I might want to have it display like:

I keep the Easy Time docked in Hampton, VA.

In other words, I edit the display of the fields, still calling the values, but changing what is displayed from list-style (field name: field value) to a more user-friendly style.

Where do I edit that display?
