Delete comments & updates

    Hello,

    is it possible for a user/member to be able to delete comments and updates on the site-wide activity stream? It is some kind of moderation and I know the admin can do this but can I assign a user to do this?

    Hi @jaap33,

    any members activity appearing on SWA can be deleted by the member. That’s how it works.

    Each member can delete what belongs to his activities(updates, update comments,…).
    But member A cannot delete activities of member B.

    To allow this, you need to asign a WP role to member A. Eg. member A = editor. This may be to much, so you’d set up a special role who allows member A to only edit SWA and nothing else. Perhaps (untested) this plugin can help you to do this. Evtl. check also S2Member plugin.
