Delete oci_fix_xmlrpc_buddypress.php if installed

    For those of you who installed the group forums fix, you can delete the buddypress side of the equation. Andy made some changes in r860 of the bp trunk. We don’t need it anymore. The bbpress side still needs the oci_fix_xmlrpc_bbpress.php at the moment.
