Developers: New Action Reference

I’ve just added an action reference to the codex, it’s just a listing of every action for every component right now. At some point these will be linked with useful information on the specific action (usage, parameters etc).

There will be a filter reference soon too. Anyone feel like starting it?

Please note that a number of actions have had their name changed for consistency. If you have created plugins please check their compatibility with the latest build. The name changes were very minor.
