Disable ability to change email address?

Is the any way I can disable the ability of users to change their email address? The reason i ask is because those email address that they sign up with have to be connected to a Paypal account as that I’m working with a paid membership site. I was thinking that if they change their email through Buddypress, it might stop recurring payments though Paypal.
