Disable Persistent Admin Bar For Logged Out Users

    Is there a simple way to disable the persistent admin bar?

    The persistent admin bar was added in r508. I’d like to disable the admin bar for users that are not logged in.

    This can be done in r516+ under Site Admin > BuddyPress
