Disabling activation

    Hey all.
    I would like to disable activation for my Multisite enabled wordpress site.
    I created a bp-custom.php file and added the following:

    <?php
    add_filter( ‘bp_registration_needs_activation’, ‘__return_false’ );
    ?>

    It doesn’t help. Everything is updated to the last version, site is gamesap.az
