disabling the toolbar for members except admin

wp: 4.4I want to disable toolbar for members so that it is visible only for admin….
I also want to disable menu for non-members…I am using BP Registration Options plugin but the menu still is displayed but it cant be accessed by non-members…i am using the register page as front page of the theme…
