Display confirmation message on homepage when account is activated

    Hi, I would like to have a message on the homepage saying, “Your account is now activated. Please login here” when a user clicks on the activation link. Does anyone know how this would be implemented?

    Have searched but not found anything of use. Thanks

    Wordpress v4.1.2, Buddypress v2.2.1
