Easy way to allow users to add html for images

Hi,
Currently you can show images into forum posts by using html – this is fine for those who know how to write it, but not for most people using the site.
I am looking for an easy way for users to be able to add the relevant html to show an image without adding attachments and without having to add the html themselves
They can already easily add flickr images and I have looked at the tinymce plugin, but it isn’t really what I am looking for.
