Emails new tokens ?

Hello!
I would like to know if it could be easy to add new token email? For example, I would like to send an email to an user that is not being connected since one month.
Is it possible? Or maybe a plugin ?

There’s a couple of mass messaging plugins for BuddyPress, neither have this as an option but you could see if the developers would add this as an option?
