Empty or phantom group created

    All of a sudden, I see that an empty group has been created on my site but the settings are set for Admin group creation only and I’m the only Admin. The group shows in the listings but doesn’t appear to have a Group ID or name.

    I’m running the latest WP and BP versions

    Any thoughts on why this would happen, and also how I can delete it since I can’t access a group settings page for this phantom group?
