Error 404 for logged in users while accessing /members/%user%/settings/

    i have problem that i tried many ways to solve it via .htaccess and from permalinks , but nothing help .

    any one can advice please ?

    I had the same problem. And it was because I was using index.php in my permalinks.
    Does your url include index.php ??? If yes, then Settings->Permalinks ->Custom Structure and use /%postname%/
