Error when a user try to register

Some users tell me that they can not register in my website because is appearing this message:

“Sorry, there was an error. Please be sure JavaScript and Cookies are enabled in your browser and try again”

But this error appear only to for some people, because other users haven’t any problem to register.

I tried to replicate the error but it does not appear to me.

Please, help me. What is the solution?

Seems like they have disabled them. Please check this link: https://my.iit.edu/jsp/misc/java_cook.jsp

Also try to test by disabling both of them in your browser and then enable back once done with the tests.

Then, the solution is that they activate the cookies in they browser.

Is what say my hosting company.
