Error with the Activity – upload media

    Hi! I am using the Eonet theme. When I try to upload an image with Rtmedia, in the activity, I get an error in the console 403jquery.js? View = 1.12.4: 4 POST …admin-ajax.php 403 (Prohibited). When another topic is used as a start or seventeen does not happen.
    This only happens in the activity, in the load media tab.
    Any suggestions? I have all the updated versions
