I’ve searched high and low for this and have tried filters on bp_has_activities but am a bit new to this so nothing I’ve done seems to work. I thought maybe adding a function using the bp_before_activity_entry hook might also work, but I’m not sure what to do.

I’m more up-to-speed with WordPress and I thought it might have been something as simple as adding ‘&topic=-273’ to exclude the topic, but it seems not.

I’m using WordPress 3.5 with Buddypress 1.6.2, and BBPress 2.2.3 for site-wide forums. I don’t have any groups or group forums – all forums and topics are site-wide.

Basically it’s a TV show discussion site and I don’t want the “Spoliers” topic to show up in Activity for those who are trying to avoid it.
