Exclude members from directory based on role

Hi,

Currently the members directory shows all members but we want to make it so that when a user is logged in as a ‘job seeker’ it will exclude the ’employer’ role & vice versa so ’employer’ can look for a ‘job seeker’

Any suggestions?
