External User Activation

Hey there! 🙂
If a user registeres on my site I would like an email containing all the profile fields the user filled out to be sent out to a specific email adress. The Person receiving this mail can then check the information and activate the account.
The User should not receive an activation mail – or at least not the activation link.
Can you guys help me?
