opens for me..tell ur client to open that page in google chrome incognito window or clear his cookies of the browser he is using..am sure this has nothing to do with Switzerland
I have checked on his system using teamviewer and he is unable to register and no error or success message…

The former is 301 redirecting to the latter, so it would be interesting to see if the browser is weirdly getting confused with the redirect.

i jsut went to that URL mentioned above and i was able to create an account

unless u have blocked his IP somewhere or added his IP to a spam list this should not happen
No, no IP address is blocked. I have changed my browser proxy address to Switzerland IP and tested and it works. But why its not working for him. It sucked my mind.
maybe ur client needs to change his PC then!!!
