I cannot duplicate that error.
Sounds like a conflict with other code, or you found a bug.
So you have to narrow it down, debug.
Do you have other plugins installed ?
Try deactivating them.
Try switching momentarily switching to a WP theme like 2017.
Try removing any custom code.
Can you use the customizer without errors for general customization ?

I do not have any custom code in. I am using TwentyFifteen at the moment, as I just started development tonight and was working on the plugins. When I switch the template pack to ‘legacy’ it works just peachy 🙂 it is only when I try to use the Nouveau that I get the error. I don’t mind using the Legacy one, was just excited about the Nouveua.
I do have Paidmembershippro installed along with some of their plugins, along with Updraft and Wordfence

If you deactivate them and use BP Nouveau, does the issue persist ?
Hi Shane, sorry for the delay. I deactivated the other plugins, but it did not get rid of the error message when trying to use the BP Nouveau Template
As I mentioned, I don’t mind using the Legacy template, I just wanted to let you know about the error message
