fatal error file blogs.php not found

This is the error message in its entirety.

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/…/public_html/wp-content/wp-load.php’ (include_path=’/usr/lib/php:.:/usr/php4/lib/php:/usr/local/php4/lib/php’) in /…/public_html/wp-content/mu-plugins/blogs.php on line 3

I’ve verified that there is a blogs.php file in mu-plugins and that the permissions are set to 755.

The BP function is actually bp-blogs.php so I am a little confused how you managed to get that error unless you are running another plugin called blogs.php in the /mu-plugins/ folder….
