Force New User to Complete profile? or Upload an Avatar

    Hey BP folks…
    im on the wp 3.7 and latest bp.

    **How do I force new users to complete profile or at least upload avatar** when they activate?

    I remember that was the first step after signing up. which was uploading the avatar — how can I get this feature again?
