    Hello,

I meet 2 worry with buddypress:

    1) When a person clicks on “forgot password” an email and sent and arrives in the spam message in the form of SPAM
    2) When she click on the link sent by email to reset are password it sends her to the wordpress login page and does not ask her to change password or whatever

    Sorry google translation

    Hi there,

Regarding point 1) This could be to do with the source address that is being used for the emails WordPress is sending. it’s pretty old now but I use CB Change Mail Sender to set an appropriate mail sender address.

Regarding point 2) I suggest this must be down to a plugin conflict or some other problem, as I can’t replicate your issue. have you tried it with just BuddyPress running?

#2 can also happen if the user’s email client has stripped out some of the needed query arg parameters. Outlook has been known to strip the query arg ?key= for instance.
