Just getting started with my first BuddyPress site, very exciting.

– v1.5.5 of BuddyPress 1.5.5, WordPress 3.3.1
– Hosted at BlueHost
– Theme: is BuddyPress Default 1.5.5
– Plugins: BuddyPress, bbPress 2.0.2, JetPack.

I installed “Site Wide Forums” because that seemed simplest and is best for my needs.
Setup seems to work fine, no errors, but when I click “View Forum” the page comes up blank.

Any troubleshooting tips would be much appreciated.

Or, you might just need to add a shortcode `[bbp-forum-index] ` or one or combo of shortcode/s listed at https://bbpress.org/forums/topic/bbpress-20-shortcodes

@shawn38 thanks for the video link. It helped me sort out the conflicting URL issues with bbpress vs buddypress
