From Dashboard to Profile

    Hi
    Is it possible to redirect users from the dashboard to their profiles?

    What is the profile url of a user (generally speaking) ?

    My admin bar is visible only from the dashboard. Can I change the site-name url to point to the user profile or should I add a custom link?
