Function and template tags name changes between 1.1.3 and 1.2

I need to upgrade a custom 1.1.3 theme to version 1.2. I know there’s a backwards compatibility plugin, but I really should upgrade the theme itself.
Is there a list of template tag and function name changes somewhere? How can I put together such a list?
What is the best way to approach this with search/replace? Are there certain strings that have been taken out alltogether, so I can do things like ‘_the_blog’ -> ‘_’?

No there isn’t a list of template tags and function name changes AFAIK.
Basically all the old code is in the backwards compatibility plugin for a reason.
You can also check all the bp-COMPONENT-templatetags.php files in BP 1.2 for all the new function calls.
If anyone knows of a better way, reply!
