JetPack will now not connect to the WordPress site when version 1.6 is running. You have to disable Buddypress and JetPack will work fine. Gives the “xml rpc-32700” error message.

This problem and your Windows Live Writer issue is related to your 404 problem. Can you try and restrict your posts to one topic?

This is to avoid numerous topics on the same issue.
