Getting “Page Not Found” for typical admin functions

    Just upgraded to BP 1.6.1 and now I’m receiving Page Not Found” for typical admin functions such as deleting a user account or designating an account as a spammer either through the BP front end or through the WP/BP activity page back-end.

    This was not happening before. What is likely not configured correctly?

    – go to Settings > BuddyPress and click on Save on each panel
    – re-upload BuddyPress plugin manually via ftp/cpanel/etc.
    – change to bp-default theme
