When a user uploads an image it’s fine, however when a user deletes their avatar it points to gravatar and nothing shows up. I’ve tried mystery man, gravatar logo etc in settings but the image still appears broken.

I’ve defined the constant for default thumbnails but the users avatar points to a location like this…

The image default thumb is in that location but it still doesn’t show.

Any ideas?
