We are experiencing a problem with the group email subscription plugin which doesn’t seem to be sending any emails when people reply to a forum topic. We are utilizing an SMTP account over SSL to send our emails through.

I can go into the admin and in the WP-Mail SMTP plugin settings send a test mail which I get.

I get group invitation emails, and forgot password emails.

I’ve tried switching between SMTP and just php mail() in the settings, that doesn’t seem to work.

Our email status is: All Email

I’m sending to two different email services (outlook.com and a personal account on a Dreamhost server)

Any other suggestions on things to look at or try? I’m delving into the code to see if there’s something else going on.

We are using the following setup:

wordpress 3.7.1
