Group blogs Dashboard link?

    Hey all,

    I just had a class register for a group, our test class, and everything went fine. The teacher wants them to submit small posts for review, then publishing, as an electronic aspect to a project.

    Super awesome plugin btw, much love! It’s been -the- selling point of our fledgling digital humanities endeavor.

    Is there a way to add a “post” or “Dashboard” link in the group’s menu options (hopefully near the “blog” link… we’re dealing with freshman here ;)

    Something like a href=ht p://<php group blog >.dighumanities.org/wp-admin/post-new.php>New Post </ a

    or

    a href=ht p://<php group blog url>/wp-admin/post-new.php>New Post</ a

    Thoughts?

    I answered this in another post, https://buddypress.org/forums/topic/new-blog-theme-available-for-the-groupblog-plugin, however that addresses only the dashboard link.

    If you would like to also display additional links, e.g. new post, edit posts, new page, edit pages, new link, etc. Send me a pm message and I will send you a drop in code for both your buddypress group template and bp-groupblog theme template.

    It is almost the same as the code mentioned in the post above, but also pulls in user roles and set some conditional values based on that.
