It’s most probably a PHP fatal error to do with a lack of memory.
Please ask your host to look in your server’s PHP error log, and let us know what message you get.
I received a 500 error page while attempting to access the forum page… This means there is also a problem outside your group page and/or a server misconfiguration.
What type of server do you use ? Shared or VPN or… ?
What are your permalinks settings ?
What kind of htaccess do you use ?
To handle what Paul said, try to reload all BP files via FTP and see if things changed. If not, you have to debug trought your plugins and check above mentionned points.
im on a very poor shared server, 123-reg just waiting til a few weeks when i can change over nameservers to a much better host. Permalinks are set to day and name.
123-reg said that it might be my theme is not installed properly, which is not true as I know it is installed fine
