Groups: Is there a way to see and manage a user’s group from the user profile?

Is there a way to, from the profile page in the WP admin, be able to manage a user groups from there?
Right now, the only way is managing the group members from the group page, but it would be great if it could be done the other way.
So instead of assigning a user to a group you assign a group to a user? if that makes sense?
