Groups not loading correctly – Intermittent

Hi,

We’re getting reports of users not seeing their groups load correctly, but only intermittently. They log in one day and they’re all there, and the next they’re not. We can’t recreate the issue and we’re awaiting screenshots and more info from the users as we suspect it’s a network issue loading the json data, so that the page has loaded but isn’t showing the groups as they’re still loading.

We were wondering if anyone else had seen anything similar and if there were any troubleshooting steps that might help us recreate and identify any potential issues!

Very difficult to diagnose if you cannot recreate the issue.
I have seen that for both members and groups when there is a js conflict – but it is consistent.
Suggestion: Ask them to open the javascript console and send you any errors.

We totally understand how hard it is to diagnose when we have no actual way of recreating it. Hopefully next time they’ll give us some more info
