Groups not loading correctly – Intermittent
We’re getting reports of users not seeing their groups load correctly, but only intermittently. They log in one day and they’re all there, and the next they’re not. We can’t recreate the issue and we’re awaiting screenshots and more info from the users as we suspect it’s a network issue loading the json data, so that the page has loaded but isn’t showing the groups as they’re still loading.
We were wondering if anyone else had seen anything similar and if there were any troubleshooting steps that might help us recreate and identify any potential issues!
