Groups without Friends

Is there a way users can join groups directly… without being a friend of someone already in the group or having been invited??

@geogruven This is a default feature in Buddypress. Users can (should be able to?) join any public group via clicking the ‘join group’ button. Is it not working?

Yes it IS working, I didn’t notice the join and leave buttons.
