Hacked! Please help!

    I did a wp 3.0 update (already had latest BP). Everything was great. Today when I click on Members, a black page appears with some type of PHP root shell script!! I don’t know what the Members button’s supposed to link to or where to change that! Backed up everything just in case someone decides to rm -rf it all.

    And what exactly did this “root shell script” look like?

    it was a black page, green text, php simple shell.

    Er, without seeing it, I’d be inclined to agree with you that something suspicious has happened. Unfortunately, you’ve got a lot of work ahead of you regarding cleaning up your installation.

    Hopefully someone with a bit of knowledge about how to start doing this can suggest something.
