Half page of HTML with home / siteurl different

    Holamigos,

I’ve just installed buddyPress at http://cscomm.org/ for a friend. I put WordPress at http://cscomm.org/wordpress/ as I always do. If you check that second url, you’ll see half a page of HTML. It starts in the middle and ends with . Any idea what’s going on?

    Thanks in advance – Callum.

@chmac, What do you mean you put WP at cscomm.org/wordpress – which by the way, is a blank page at this time.

@mercime: Thanks for responding. I mean WordPress is in a different directory than the homepage, as per this. You’re absolutely right, for anonymous users it shows a blank page. As a logged in user it shows me this.

I put two links as HTML in this, hopefully they’re displayed as such… :-)

@chmac – “Giving WordPress its own directory will not work in WordPress 3.0 with multisite enabled. It interferes with the member blog lookup. “

@mercime: Ok. I didn’t know that, thanks for pointing it out. I’m not actually using a multisite install though. I might do in the future, so I’ll move the site just to be on the safe side. I’m baffled by the half page of HTML I see as a logged in user. :-)
