Hamburger menu ( Desktop and mobile ) with horizontal submenu

Hi everyone
I’m trying to find a plugin or css code that customize the hamburger menu ( desktop and mobile ) into horizontal inline menu instead of drop-down list .
if I want to explain better I need the inline horizontally menu with submenu that by clicking on an icon ( hamburger menu ) show up .
I would reallllly appreciate if you help me and share the solutions with me <3
