    i followed the instructions provided (put the 2 files in my child theme directory), however i can’t see changes in my website.

    any advise?

    @slkmclaren I see that the changes worked fine in e.g. your members and activity pages http://faintlight.besaba.com/members/fladmin/ and http://faintlight.besaba.com/activity/ respectively. What page/s are you looking at?

    @mercime: thanks. i just realized that i have to continue the BP compatibility test. at the end i saw the pages you mentioned above.

    however, i tried registering but the email didn’t arrive to the email address used in the registration.

    any idea?

    @slkmclaren deactivate BuddyPress, change to WP default theme and check if you can register a new user i.e., email is working. Depending on webhost, you might need to install a mail plugin. Best to start a new topic on this issue.

    EDIT – If emails aren’t working if BP is activated, check out “BuddyPress isn’t sending out emails (eg. activation emails, email notifications)” section in this page https://codex.buddypress.org/user/faq/
