having issues with friends joining. it created a user account that i can view in my dashboard (wordpress) but they can’t log in or post anything. i have groups turned off, could that be the issue? any ideas? i don’t really want groups on my page, plus i have enough other pages that the header/tab bar would be overwelmed. I just want my friends to be able to sign on, post on my wall (Front Door), post comments on my “blog” – nothing special.

i’m new to buddy press, been using wordpress a while and have some coding knowledge.
