Hide Certain Roles From Members Directory

    Hi,

    I wonder if it is possible to hide certain member roles from the member directory.

    i am using buddypress as a way of people adding a detailed profile to the site for potential employers to search for freelancers, then for the employers to contact them using the private message function.

    I only want the members to appear in the directory and not the employers (they will have to register to send a PM). I have found a plug in that deals with registering the different levels, but don’t want the employers to show up in the directory or search.

    Any help would be great.
